Cancellation of your order

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to cancel your purchase agreement within 14 days without stating any reasons.

How to cancel:

Step 1: Fill out the form below with:
- First and last name
- Order number (e.g., #1234)
- Order date
- Subject: "Cancellation"

Step 2: After submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Reply to this email with the word "CONFIRMED" to make your cancellation binding.

We will process your cancellation within 14 days and refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
